Long Energy is based on a multi-carb formula that contains 6 different carbohydrates. They help maintain performance by stabilizing blood sugar levels and preventing them from falling even during sustained training. The main carbohydrate source of the sports drink is Vitargo™, a patented barley starch hydrolyzate. Vitargo has a molecular weight 100 times higher than conventional maltodextrin. USE, DOSAGE
To be consumed as a sports and competition drink, especially in the case of activities lasting more than 2 hours (competitions, training).
Ideal before, during and after the competition.
Eat approx. 500 - 1000 ml per hour according to thirst.
Dosage: Dissolve the contents of the sachet (60g) in 750 - 1000 ml of water.
Recommendation: in case of very high energy requirements, the concentration can be increased to 120 g powder/liter (isotonic drink - for preparation).
